I'm thinking something may be bugging you somehow if you feel the need to be comforted, and want to take extra sleeping pills at night. Even if you haven't figured out yet what is troubling you, it sounds like something must be difficult right now. So I hope you'll take gentle care of yourself. If you aren't comfortable calling or emailing your T, can you do some other things that might help yourself? Can you write about your feelings? Or do other things that might help yourself feel better? Those things might differ from person to person, but for me some of those things include having a nice cup of tea, or going for a walk, or listening to music I enjoy....calling a friend....etc. I think it can really help to take especially good care of ourselves when times are hard like this.
