Glad to hear you're in good health, happycheeks. At eighteen, you're still growing (I know, sounds goofy, but it's true), and your body may require extra rest some days or for certain periods of time. I was extremely active when I was in my teens, with heavy participation in extracurricular activities in and outside school, maintaining a high GPA, applying to universities, working two jobs, and shepherding the youngest in our family. There were days, when my schedule permitted, that I'd sleep twelve plus hours, much to the chagrin of some family members, who'd had the nerve to infer I was lazy (?!?). If your sleep is not interfering with other important aspects of your life at the moment, then get the rest you need. If you feel well otherwise, again, get the rest you need.

What do you think you could do to alleviate the boredom you mentioned?
