You might try a journal, writing down your thoughts. Sometimes it helps to air them, even if you don't have anyone to talk to. Or write what's bothering you here, and we can sympathize or make suggestions or give you some perspective. Exercise is great; it gives you natural endorphins that will improve your mood. Take a walk or ride a bike or swim. Anything physical is good. Embracing life suggested a therapist; that's a good suggestion. A school counselor might be an option too, and easier to see quickly if you are in crisis. And don't be afraid to call the crisis hotlines. You will likely get a soothing and comforting person to chat with for a few minutes. Take things just a day or an hour at a time. Time will ease the pain, as will taking a few minutes to just breathe deeply and let yourself relax. Do write again and let us know how things are going!
