But while you continue to search for additional support to meet your medical needs, please squeeze a little "me time" into your days. You're worth it! And it may help uplift your mood a little. You may not be able to enjoy some activities, but there must be something you can do for you -soothing music (country, jazz, alternative, classical, oldoes but goodies), scented candles, bellydancing, yoga, writing.
