Good Morning. I can relate to your situation so much that when I read it I began crying all over again. Two years ago I lost my long time job and subsequently everything else since then. I have no insurance, money, or resources to get any kind of assistance through the state. The reason - my Master's degree. I have a lung disease which is rare and deadly. 15% of the people that get it die in the first episode with an addition 20% before they liv one year after diagnosis. June 2 will be two years for me. However, I do not have the money for medical treatment. Wonderful.
I remember my reaction the first time I had heard the world was going to end. I am going to date myself here- it was in the 1980s. I was so scared and worried because I had not had a chance to experience life and wanted to live. Yesterday was so bad for me that I was hoping that the doomsdayers were right this time. Oh well. Today is another day.
Hopefully there wil be a light at the end of this tunnel (and it will be a short tunnel).
