Well, I'm starting group therapy next week. I'll have individual therapy with T onced a week and group another day the same week.
These are all current clients of his.
I've done group before and it was OK.
Not sure I really want to know my T's other clients. Sounds silly, doesn't it?
Anyone care to share their group experiences or lend advice?
