'axe that broke my frozen sea' - what a way to put it. My T has guided me to finding my emotions which, I guess, have been 'frozen' way too long. Very powerful is the meeting with her - I also had no idea that would happen when I first went in for what I believed would be 2 or 3 sessions to discuss what I thought was one simple issue. I'm grateful that I feel very connected with the T and that I've allowed the therapy to morph into something much more meaningful and deep than I had anticipated. Still, 7 days seems like forever.
