sorry if this is the wrong place to post..trying to keep it short and to the point,so here i go..

2 days ago i started on cipramil (10mg) for depression.since that day ive been expericeing strange feelings or thoughts which i havent really felt before,like thw world isnt real or im dreaming,like a movie or something.everything seems really far away at times,from my point of few and sometimes its like im watching myself.so just a have a few questions..

in anyones experience/knowledge,is this just a side effect that will subside within a few weeks?or will it remain while im on cipramil?
is this a side effect i should actually mention to someone like pharmacist or psychaitrist that im seeing?
im meant to be starting on 10mg and then upping the dose in a few weeks depending on how it goes..very confused atm any advice or support really appreciated
