a really good reason to stop is that it's not good for our kids to see us "on" something. That's the reason I stopped drinking, I didn't like the idea that my son might one day see me as an old boozer, rather than a Mum. I love my son, and I want him to have as many happy memories of me as he can. So, I stopped drinking for him, rather than me.
I know you've got kids, and you love them... and you know that drugs, no matter how good they make you feel, make you behave in ways that confuse and upset your children.
Think of them, and it will be much easier to resist temptation.
And if I'm ever in here needing to be reminded why not to drink, you jump up and down on me, and tell me what I just told you.
