Hi, guys! I've been following this thread as an encouragement to regularly meditate and have been picking up some tips here. Here are some thoughts I am meditating on this morning:
They seem literal, but I got to thinking about "the laugh as much as you breathe" one and thought about how laughing is similar to diaphragmatic breathing. Maybe that's one of the reasons I feel so refreshed after a good laugh!
Breathing is so key!! I find myself subtly holding my breath, or breathing shallowly while busy at a task. Just focussing on taking a few deep breaths when I realize I'm doing it maintains a calm throughout the day.
