yes thank you. I really want to learn more about co-dependency because I think i have some of the characteristics. I definitely think there is a difference between co-dependency and support though. Co-dependency is a condition that is unhealthy...i don't fully understand it but I think co-dependents try to help someone with a problem, but really they are just helping the person with the problem stay in their situation.

Being supportive, you don't try to mask the person from their problem. you want them to understand their problem, but you are there to support them in their recovery. talk about it, etc.
