Love your replies

I stopped making them on new years, and goals I agree is a better way of putting it. Whenever I did the NY resolution thing, 9 out of 10 times I failed, and have learned not to tell anyone if I had made any, cause then when you aren't accomplishing them you do not have to hear reminders from anyone, ha!ha! Plus, then I also put additional pressure on myself. I think anytime of year is a goodtime to try to begin something that may benefit our physical and mental well being, everyday is a "new" day
