Thanks for the response and the welcome. Doc is of the opinion that i'm not giving it enough time to take effect. Difficult to be patient when my hearts about ready to thump out of my chest. I'm making progress. I don't call the paramedics anymore (way too embarassing) or ask anyone to rush over to be with me. I've tried counting breaths and that works sometimes.
