To be honest this doesn't sound very 'OCD'ish to me, but even if it's not if this is causing a problem in your everyday life than you deserve to get a solid answer by talking with someone. To me these things just seem like you're being sure, or are a little to afraid something might go wrong because you didn't do it right, but OCD is a disorder of obsessions and compulsions (or sometimes just the obsessions). For example, obsessing over germs and the compulsion to constantly and consistently wash your hands over and over (I know, it's the obvious one!). It can also be many other things, but the bottom line is how these things effect you and your everyday life. If you see it as a problem, then seek help. If you don't, maybe it can be delt with on its own.

Good luck!
