I didn't take anything. I just convinced my son to climb into bed with me and watch TV while I slept.

The way I have my Seroquel set up is that I take my set dose at night, and I am allowed another 25mg as needed once during the day as an anti anxiety since I can't use benzos. I made that decision after I ended up in the hospital because I was going wacky on klonopin. The more I took, the worse I felt and the more the doctor told me to take until I couldn't stand it. I don't go to that doctor any more.

So today I woke up in an anxious state so I took my PRN first thing with my morning meds.

Not totally better right now, aniety still brewing under the surface, but not in a blind panic right now.
