Ah ramen noodles..I love them......well something cheap is to cook them with sliced peppers red and yellow(I buy them frozen) and some zuccini(also frozen or fresh even better). Then when almost done I saute in olive oil and only use a little bit of the seasoning from the Ramen noodles package(very salty)....Or you can make up your own seasoning. Its pretty healthy and cheap!
Tuna casserole is also cheap. You buy the canned mushroom soup that is the store brand, can of peas low salt, tuna and noodles. Healthy also and cheap!
Oh and the old standby is spaghetti and hamburger or macaroni and hamburg in a caserole. This goes a very long way!You can add veggies for more nutriton to the sauce.
There are great ideas using beans that are cheap and peanut butter is a good staple on whole wheat bread
Hope you get some more ideas!!! Its really easy to cook cheap..We get used to going out to McDonalds and prepared foods but you can still eat real cheap and have a very healthy diet. Do some research also on the internet!!
Hugs to you!
