when this kind of thing happens to me I remember a few things like -

that I didn't come here to enter a popularity contest. I am here because I need to be here for me and my own therapy process of healing.

In real life when I am in therapy and support groups not everyone there is going to be my buddy buddy type friend and I have no doubt some of those people talk about me outside of the group between each other. And I have no doubt that there are people that downright hate me.

Well on line groups are the same on a much bigger scale since we are talking not just to a group of 8-15 people in one room but to the whole world from NY to California from USA into every continent and country on Earth. No one is going to like everyone.
