hmmm...I was on Cipramil as my very first treatment and it made me feel manic. I can't suggest anything but please tell your doctor as soon as you can. I wish i had done so myself. we are all very different and react differently to things.
I hope you are ok. I also find a lot of the leaflets that come with medications unhelpful or scary, they are only what is known so far about the medication in trials, etc. I've had weird reactions to things that weren't even listed in the side effects so please discuss this.
