It sounds like a regular ol' manic episode, possibly hypomanic. Try to find things to channel the energy, video games, exercise, writing, art, whatever you're into. It's good to have a set of coping skills, breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, to help quiet the mind too.

definitely talk to your pdoc/therapist though so you can figure out the best ways to get through it.
