I'm sorry to hear that you are hurting. It's bad when we give of ourselves to someone and they hurts us in return.

What I really hate to hear is that you are disappointed with yourself...you don't need to be. Don't hold yourself responsible for someone else's hurtful action. You did what was good--you blessed someone with a bit of yourself. That's a wonderful thing, I know because you have blessed me and so many others here. How, then, does it make you wrong when someone repays goodness with pain?

I hope you feel better soon, and realize that you are too good to let other people define you this way.
