Time0....you are not stupid at all. You gave of yourself...and it didn't work out the way you had hoped. It happens. It just sucks when it happens.
Please don't be so degrading of yourself...You are a good, worthwhile person.
You sharing here tonight helps me with what I am going through tonight. Because it makes me think of the way I want you to feel and for you to not be so hard on yourself and in the very breath I say this to you I have to tell myself the same thing.
We were not taught about trust and our boundaries on trust are so screwed up that we get caught in situations that are not appeasing.
But...we can learn.
