You might have reason. I am just strating to get over a lot of very intense anger that I have been carrying around, and it has taken YEAARS to vent. And yep, the tension causes some nasty headaches. Anger is the system that lets you know your boundaries have been violated. maybe what you need to to do is instead of focus on the violation, say, OK, they have been, now what? What do I do? will what I do make a difference? Is there a So what factor? do I move on? how will this help me live my life? Like fear, it can be an alarm system that has just started to go off when the purpose for going off is no longer relavant. HUGGGGSSSSSS!
