Yes, I'd take them back as well. Just say they don't taste good!

A choice like you made, well, if it were me, it wouldn't bother me much because anytime I try a new product there's a 50-50 chance of me keeping it. If they advertised otherwise, like for your purchase if it said "sweet & smooth" or such then I'd be angry that they misrepresented their product (or had a rare goof package?) If the product broke or fell apart, even if I bought it at a discount store, I'd take it back and hope I wouldn't run into much more of that.

If it was a choice I made without checking the facts of the product, etc, then I would feel stupid.

I know better, you know?

Anyway, take the beans back, no guilt! Sorry for the hassle though..and the disappointment for that cup of coffee!
