Well my headaches sometimes last all day (like today).

I think I need to learn more about dissociation, because I think I somewhat do it. I never completely leave and totally don't remember whats going on or things....but a lot of times I do feel slightly detached from the things going on around me...and some what "out of it". what is dissociation exactly?
