same for me too. the benign ones i get are where its like chatter or static and not really directed at me or scary to me. its usually a sign of stress for me and i take it as a cue to pull back and relax, to somehow express the chaos in a better way.

the scary ones for me aren't voices. they're hard to explain, basically i get scared of anything red, or that things are going to blow up, or that i'm being watched and others know my thoughts.
