Keep getting this thought that I haven't prepared enough (I just 'did it', and did'nt bother to get out any of these smoking cessation leaflets and stuff that I received)........ arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
Any really amazing tips would be appreciated!
