.I was kinda where you are now and it wasn't fun. I dealt with major depression and my daughter at 12 was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. It was rough but I survived. Hope today gets better. Sounds like it should not get any worse!!!. You got some good advice from the other posts. I hope that has helped you!!
