i'm grateful for your advice. i've been reading up on benzos and there seems to be warnings not only about them being addictive but causing side effects like aggression and personality changes. definitely need to talk to doc asap but i'm worried i'm going to wind up on a once a day med instead and that comes with a whole other bundle of probs. even taking bc pills messes me up. i'm always worried about blood clots and whatnot (yes ocd one of my probs). if i have to take something every day anxiety might get worse though i guess the meds might relieve that anxiety too. does this make any sense to you?
