Rock gyms are fun, aren't they? And they are definitely a good workout.
If you haven't already done so join a stress management class where you can learn various relaxation techniques, or learn to meditate. Incorporating something like that in your daily life may help. With meditation, it is very important not to overdo it (5 to 10 minutes a day). Yoga is another thought, and that would help you in the rock gym too!
