I'm going to ask my T tomorrow if she's ever considered getting a big dry erase board for us to use in session. If you've ever seen the T.V. show "House", you can see that the doctors consult and try to figure out a diagnosis of a patient by writing down all the ideas and then erasing some and then cross referencing others.
I can see myself standing at the board writing word diagrams or bubbles as I try to sort out my feelings. If you've ever done brainstorming activities in a group or with a software program you know how effective it can be.
Has anyone ever done that in therapy?
