My T has a little dry erase board that I can hold on my lap.

Sometimes I doodle on it. Sometimes he sits with me and I write things that are too hard to say...and then I can erase them right away after he reads them and it makes me feel better.

Whenever he goes on vacation, he waits until I have a session so I can write his upcoming vacation dates on it, because I like to write them. I usually add a snarky note that we laugh about and erase. Weirdly, that's one of my favorite things that he does
