so you can't even find the shopping bag? maybe you put something else in it or folded it up and put it aside? maybe you took the earrings out without really realizing and put them into your purse, pocket, bathroom? I do things like that so many times without paying attention to what I'm doing, b/c it's almost automatic but then on the rare occasion you put it somewhere else and you have no idea where... I hope you find them too.
