Yes, Wingin is right - meds need to be adjusted to help you.
In the mean time, try find something mind-numbing you can do to keep yourself occupied. I do Sudoku or play simple PC games. It makes me drowsy enough to sleep, and keeps myself from over-analysing things.

I tend to spend a lot of time in my head when I'm stress or depressed - it really makes things even worse
