sorry, col. just saw your post tho my stopping was unsuccessful too. i'd say keep at it. obviously you want to stop. that is a good step forward to gain success in stopping cigs for good. i'm a recovering alcoholic-21 years-and the willingness was part of my success. keep us posted. sorry you haven't gotten any posts yet but you will i'm sure. just post again when u're ready to stop...there are others here who've stayed stop!
