Hi littleyellowspider. I really feel for you. I also have a huge amount of health anxiety and I spend a lot of time worrying about various physical symptoms that I have. I go to the doctor quite a lot and I am always googling health conditions (something I've been told by my doctor to stop doing!!) The anxiety is very overwhelming and it's hard to break this cycle.

In this type of health anxiety situation, I do think it's important to get oneself checked out physically. Then, when certain medical conditions have been ruled out, I think we have to try really hard to focus on something else. There are also things we can do to help ourselves physically, such as eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, practicing relaxation techniques etc.

Believe me, I really know how hard this is though!!! (((((((((littleyellowspider)))))))))))))

The other thing that occurs to me is that perhaps Prozac is not the right medication for you. For some people, Prozac can be very stimulating and it can actually make anxiety worse. So perhaps you could talk to your doctor about switching to a different med??

Wishing you all the very best
