My husband has never missed a car payment, but sometimes he is late by a few days. He can't help it. It's the best he can budget. This month--the check was put in the mail yesterday. Unfortunately, it was due the day before, so they've started their harassment calls several times a day already. The calls won't stop until the envelope is open and the payment recorded. So as long as it's sitting in somebody's inbox, ring ring ring.
