I would be one of the people who is happy when it's raining. Whenever someone says 'oh look how miserable it is today' I say 'are you kidding? This is great!'. I do hate the cold though. I used to actually get quite down when the sun came out 'weird i know', but since I went to california the sun can be rather nostalgic for me so I enjoy it more now.
