Sure, it's cheerful for many and inspires your Sunny Disposition
It can also work the opposite. I feel more anxious and depressed when it's sunny and/or the middle of the day, and calmer in the morning and evening and on rainy days.
My therapist says it is about sunny and daylight representing social time, something I struggle with. She has heard of others who feel worse during the day/on sunny days.
Weird I guess.
