(in case you wonder what it is... it's astronomic clock. Can't tell time from in? well, you aren't the only one. Also, we've been told that only stupid and uneducated people see a phalic symbol in it. It's a university town where I live. Big chunk of the residents are students or profesors. Few PhD's I consulted still see phalic symbol in it).
