Are you on medications that can make you drowsy? When I was on a type of antidepressant (SSRIs) I was zombi like,....and I had very weird and detailed dreams....there were times I woke up when I was scarred in the dream....and I woke up practically crying and thinking that something was in my house because in the dream someone was. It was so scary at times.
