unless your doing like pilates or yoga it is hard to loose weight right away, any kind of cardio or anything with weights even running will cause you to gain muscle mass therefore not loosing weight since muscle weighs more than fat does.
Don't be discouraged you probably have lost some weight it also depends on when you weigh yourself and how much liquids you have consuumed and your salt intake.....i do agree with you on how frustrating it is i litteraly fluctuate 5 pounds threought the day because of all the water and fluid intake as well as food and if i decide to be sodium fanatic that day!
eat lots of watermelon and celery cabbage are some even chocolate is a diaretic if you tend to pack on water weight (parsley tea works very well too)
