Don't be discouraged you probably have lost some weight it also depends on when you weigh yourself and how much liquids you have consuumed and your salt intake.....i do agree with you on how frustrating it is

I think I've probably gained a little muscle, and lost a little fat under my arms, so I guess your right. I'll keep it up, and we'll see where I am in another couple of weeks. Thanks for the encouragement.
