YEP.. exactly what I do!! Just the thought of taking a medicine throws me into panic mode!! I took my ativan.... and literally paced back and forth thinking my throat was closing... or I was reacting badly to it.. next thing I know I am relaxed in front of the tv.. then sleeping like a baby!!lol
