I just saw your recent posts in this thread, and I hope the presentation was okay, even workable for you. I once worked in a place where they sent out those hourly reminders about upcoming meetings on the actual day; there were times when they'd pop up on my computer screen and I could hear the church bells ringing from the town square, counting down the time left 'til the walk to the gallows. I should have turned those stupid reminders off.
