Iam sorry that i dont have a good answer but i have been recently told that i have severe bipolar depresion and didnt know wat to do but my friends told me to just take a breather and just let all of my anger out whenever i get angry and i know this sounds silly but whenever i get angry now ill pull out a pice of paper or my laptob and vent my anger out and fake like i was going to give it to that person.... but after i felt better i just threw it away or i will erase it it gets rid of some of the stress but not all of if and i heps you to not hold it in and bbecome depressed again good luck to you and i hope that u make it through
