I did individual DBT. I sometimes wished I had found a group, but just as often, if not more often, (based on my experience with non-DBT group therapy) I was glad that I hadn't. On one hand, there were times it would have been great to hear how others were applying some of the skills. On the other hand, doing it all individually allowed us to move on if I "got" something fairly quickly - which I appreciated a lot.
