Obviously Im not a dr, but due to the stress of coming of a med once, I experienced intense sharp chest pain, I smoked cigs at the time and thought well this is it my time has come, got an xray and it was clear. It some 4 years later now and Ive been of cigs best part of 2 years. and still get the chest collapse type pain, Obviously I can see the pattern the more stressfull the more likeliness of chest pains.
My current gp is that confident its a muscular issue, he doesnt want to pursue it (he has seen my ecg results)
So in a nutshell , I avoid triggers when im in susceptible to stress, exercise and stretch.
thats works for me..
