I agree with the others it takes time, be patient with yourself and keep exercising. It's so good for you. Also make sure you'd doing good exercises - I don't know specifically for you but I've heard from my doctor and in general that you want around 30 minutes of some form of aerobic exercise at least 3x a week. Weight training is also good/other muscle related activity I've heard you're not supposed to do that every day but give your muscles a break inbetween.
