One thing you can do is push on the area on or around your heart and see if it hurts. If their is pain then 10 to 1 it is a muscle. When you have a heart attach most people will get a pain in their neck along with one in the shoulder and it my run down the arm. It also feels like a elephant is sitting on your chest so that you can't breathe. If you go to hospital their is a simple blood test that will tell them if you have had an attach.
