racee, I can understand how hard it is to take that step and reach out to T to find out what happened or to let T know you were there waiting....And the awful feelings that it brings up are so so so hard to deal with it.

I find that I tend to take something and turn it into something bigger than what it is...or, by not addressing it, it adds so much more turmoil for me. Of course, the act of raising it with T, in itself, is incredibly stressful...but I find that by finding my voice and addressing it, it generally leads to a great deal of relief...and sometimes great understanding.

The pain and process of what you're going through is also something worth sharing with T, as it could be incredibly vital to your therapy.
